BODY BUILDING FOR NEWBIES

Hey guys if your reading this blog chances are your new to fitness or bodybuilding and are about to start your fitness journey. bodybuilding can be a tricky and confusing hobby for the people that are new to it there is a lot of information on the internet which can be overwhelming for new comers .As a man who has been working out for a year now i have gain plenty of knowledge about body building ,though I'm now as experience as some of the elites out there I'm creating this blog to answer some of the question i had as a beginner and hopefully it will be useful to you to 

How much time does it take to see the results?
One of the very first question i had in my mind when i started lifting was how long would it take for people to notice change or how long would it take me to actually put on the size?. Well the answer varies from person to person but in my case and for most people in the gym that i know  it took 2 months to feel the changes in the body and about 3-4 months after i started listing people were noticing this changes too 

Do i need to eat big to get big or eat less to lose fat?
from what i learned from my experience as as lifter was that muscle are not build in the gym , they are made in the kitchen. let me explain, your muscle are made of fibers like cell which join together to create the muscle and when you lift weights in the gym your creating tears in those fibers of your muscle. after your gym when you eat enough protein your body uses it to fix the tears in your muscle and make the fibers stronger to denser to adapt to the trauma making you stronger and your muscle bigger in the process
so its mandatory to have a god diet or as a skinny guy you wont gain weight and as fat person you wont lose it and make sure your getting enough carbohydrates ,fats, vitamins too as you need the complete nutrition to put on muscle and count those calories. If your skinny and cant gain weight even after eating 5 meals a day then just eat more because your likely still not on a calories surplus diet or you would have gained weight. Same goes for fat people. Cut those calories 

DO i need expensive supplement to build muscle?
One of the most common question every beginner have is do i need those expensive supplements to build muscle and the answer of this question is in the name it self SUPPLEMENT literally means that it is a supplement to some thing and that some thing is your diet. supplement are meant to help you achieve your daily protein or calorie goal if its not achievable by diet alone either your a vegetarian with limited protein options or cant eat enough food without feeling nauseated supplements like whey protein and mass gainer are made to provide you with those needed nutrients in a easy to digest and convenient to consume drink form , so if you already have a good diet which hits your daily nutrition goals then you don't need to use any supplements and will still achieve a great physic. But if you are going to use supplements make sure you chose a brand that is trusted and lab verified as many protein companies are found guilty of having heavy metals and even steroids in there products which is not safe to consume and will damage your overall health so make sure you do a thorough research on the brand your going to use and make sure its a trust worthy brand with all the lab verifications

How to know if I'm working out hard enough?
so to actually gain muscle you have to make sure sure your working out hard enough in the gym but not overdoing it so how to know if your working out hard enough well its simple to answer . Do you make weird faces in the end of a set or make weird grunting sounds as you put all your efforts to make that last rep. If yes then congratulation your working hard enough. The most optimal way to gain muscle and to track if your working out hard enough is to take a set to failure were you cannot do another set in correct form any longer or can no longer perform another set. You don't need to take your every set to failure but a rep or 2 shy to failure is also a god spot for muscle gain make sure you use a weight that you can use to do somewhere from 6 to 20 reps at take it all the way or close to failure .
